It’s back — Tuesday’s Tricksters!

This weekly series continues with words that are often confusing to writers, words that spellcheck accepts because they’re spelled correctly, words that can make writers look less professional than they are.

While we don’t need to memorize every word in a dictionary or thesaurus, we do need to be aware of the potential for using the wrong words in our sentences. This series is just a reminder of some of the common words that can trip us up if we’re not careful.

You know I’m always interested in your thoughts, and if you have words you’d like to see in this series or in Wednesday’s Words & Woes, please let me know!
